Warranty

We guarantee your Titan watch against manufacturing defects for 2 years (24 months) and the battery of your watch for 1 year from the date of retail purchase. Subject to the exceptions listed below:

This Guarantee Does Not Cover The Following:

1. Normal wear and tear
2. Damage caused by mishandling including damage to the glass/strap/bracelet
3. Damage caused by watch being opened anywhere other than a Titan service center
4. Damage due to water entry in a non-water resistant watch
5. Any consequential damage or loss arising on account of the aforesaid

Subject to the above during the guarantee period. Titan will regulate, adjust, repair or replace parts or the movement to restore your Titan watch to its full working order without charge to you. You are responsible for presenting, at your expense, the watch together with the original warranty card duly completed.
