At Sona Sansaar all sales are final. We will not refund or exchange any products if you have changed your mind.

Any goods bought with the intention of being exchanged later must be cleared with a staff member and a note will be added to your sales receipt. Any returns for store credit will only be considered if within 14 days (2 weeks).

However we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if the product has a serious fault.

Please bear in mind that we do specialize in high purity gold and diamond jewellery so it is important to keep your goods carefully. Anything purchased and damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be subject to any repairing charges if you wish to get it fixed.

Shipments of our stock vary on the gold price of the day, the currency exchange rates and fee’s and charges made by customs on entry. For these reasons it can be difficult to renegotiate pricing on returning goods.
